Editing or Deleting a Distribution List

To edit a distribution list:

Log in to your DocStore order site and select My Account then Address Book.

Select your personal address book or the global address book, if you have permission to edit it.

Only designated users have permission to edit or delete entries in the global address book. See your DocStore site administrator to request global address book changes if you do not have permission to edit it.

From the selected address book, click the button that corresponds to the distribution list you wish to edit or delete.



The
Edit Distribution List page displays.

Make your edits. You can:

  • Edit the list name or change the delivery method and priority
  • Click Add Recipients to add contacts from your personal or global address book.

    Place a check next to each contact in the address book that you want to add to the list, then click
    Add To.
  • Click Delete to delete individual contacts from the list.
  • Click Delete this List to remove the entire list from your address book.
  • Click column headers to sort the entries in the list.
  • Click on a contact's first name or last name to view their address book information and to change the Allow Address Book to Override setting.

Click Update to save your changes and return to the previous page or Back to return to the previous page without saving your changes.
