Add Recipients and Assign Quantities

Add Recipients Continued...

Select the address book that contains the recipients you want to add.

Click Create New Recipient if you want to add a new contact to your address book for this order.

Click Find Recipient to search for a contact. You can add recipients to your order from the search results display.

Click on an underlined contact or list name to view its address book entry.

Add individual recipients by placing a check in the box in the far right column on the line that corresponds to their name then clicking Add to Order. You may need to scroll the list to the right.

To add a distribution list, click View Distribution Lists, place a check in the box in the far right column on the line that contains the name of the list and click Add to Order.

To select individual recipients from a distribution list, click the plus () icons to expand the list and place a check next to each member of the list you want to add to the order, then click
Add to Order. Click the minus icons () to collapse distribution lists.

When you are finished selecting recipients, click Back to return to the Shopping Cart page.
